PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sandwich panel structural body with a moisture-absorbing, acoustic and heat-insulating structure comprising a honeycomb structure. SOLUTION: A honeycomb material is selected from among materials such as paper, metal, ceramic and plastic as a core material.
