PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably improve an appearance and usability by preventing an arm from projecting from a pedestal at the time of housing, even when the arm is fully pulled. SOLUTION: A pair of arms 6 are installed to a pedestal 1 projectably and indentably in a direction opposite to the pedestal 1, and base end sides of the arms 6 are interlocked with each other via a synchronous mechanism 7 in the pedestal 1, so as to pull a tip end side of both arms 7 from the pedestal 1. A paper is laid down between standing pieces 60 standing on the tip end sides of the arms 7, so as to determine a center of the paper. The synchronous mechanism 7 are constituted of: a pair of pinion gears 71 installed at positions biased in projecting and indenting directions of each arm 6 from a center C of the pedestal 1 respectively; and an intermediate gear 72 synchronously actuatably associating the pinion gears 71 with each other. Each pinion gear 71 is engaged with a rack tooth 61 installed to each corresponding arm 6, so as to synchronously cause projecting and indenting actions of both arms 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
