A thermoplastic polyester resin composition which is improved in processing stability and resistances to hydrolysis and bleed by the addition of an epoxy compound having a lactone chain and which is improved in stability in melt molding and processing and is suppressed in generation of gas or odor and bleeding of stabilizers or the epoxy compound from a molded article allowed to stand at high temperature by virtue of its low volatile content.
