<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a device comprising rectilinear positioning hydraulic motors (1), rectilinear balancing hydraulic motors (2) and rectilinear hydraulic motors (24) of pre-bending. The device consists of a changing and balancing carriage (4) supporting by its upper surface bearing blocks (16) of a lower supporting roll (17) and being underneath provided with wheels, and change paths (6) transferable to sides in the rolling mill axis direction. These change paths (6) are arranged in recesses performed in lower crosspiece of a stand (5) between the stand (5) upright (5) and a supporting projection (18) made on the stand (5) lower crosspiece. Said transferable change paths (6) are supported by upper surface of the stand (5) lower crossbeam (8) and are provided with rectilinear hydraulic motors (3) of transfer. Said rectilinear balancing hydraulic motors (2) are connected through the mediation of a balance high-pressure hydraulic distribution system (10) with an independent balance control hydraulic block (13). Each of the rectilinear positioning hydraulic motors (1) is connected through the mediation of a positioning high-pressure hydraulic distribution system (9) with an independent positioning control hydraulic block (12). Said rectilinear hydraulic motors (24) of an upper work roll (25) pre-bending are connected through the mediation of a pre-bending high-pressure hydraulic distribution system (11) with an independent control hydraulic block (14) of work roll (25) pre-bending, whereby said positioning, balancing and pre-bending hydraulic blocks (12, 13, and 14) are connected through the mediation of fist station hydraulic distribution systems (22) and second station hydraulic distribution systems (23) to a high-pressure station (15).</p> |
