PURPOSE: A repair method for a crack in an underwater concrete structure is provided to repair a crack in an underwater concrete structure firmly. CONSTITUTION: The repair method for a crack in an underwater concrete structure(100) comprises the steps of: checking the crack of an underwater concrete structure, and marking a part for repair; U-cutting the crack; perforating many holes along the cutting plane; cleaning the cutting part and the perforated holes by high pressure water; fixing hoses(102,103) on both sides of a crack, then filling up the U-cutting plane with sealant; fixing many packers in the perforated holes discontinuously; fixing a high pressure water injection packer on the perforated hole, then removing impurities in the crack by injecting high pressure water; cleaning up other perforated holes without a packer using high pressure water; fixing an epoxy injection packer on the perforated hole with a high pressure water injection packer, then checking the outflow of air around sealing using both hoses and the sealing state; removing the remaining impurities which are not removed by high pressure water by using specific cleanser, then cleaning up secondarily using high pressure water; drying up a crack using both hoses(102,103) if the outflow of air is not detected; injecting to a crack; and curing, then finishing.
