PURPOSE: New instant noodles containing fermented food products, such as pickled seafoods juice and fermented soybean paste, as additives to improve their taste are provided. Therefore, they have the characteristic taste and flavor of pickled seafoods juice and fermented soybean paste as well as sufficient nutrients. CONSTITUTION: Pickled seafoods juice and fermented soybean paste are mixed together. The mixture is sealed and then packed with conventional a lump of noodles and powdered soup.
