PURPOSE: A device for regulating height of chair and desk is provided to conveniently control the level of the chair and desk according to personal figure and to stably secure the chair and desk in the controlled level condition, as well as preventing a pivot lever formed around top end of the device from being pulled out. CONSTITUTION: The device(1) comprises a rib(4) on a main body(2) inserted into top end of a lower base column(102) of a desk; a top cap(3) thread-coupled to the rib(4); a pivot lever(5) formed around top end of the body(2) by a hinge(6), an adjusting device for fixing an upper base column(103) of the desk; and a threshold(8) for inhibiting the pivot lever(5) from being pulled out during control of the height. Fixture grooves(104) are formed at equal intervals to control height of the chair and desk around peripheral side of the upper base column(103).
