PURPOSE: A sheet for nail-caring is provided by spreading fine particles of white alumina to adhesive film of a soft sheet then compressing the particles by a roller to obtain the sheet effective to extend contacting area between surface of nail and the sheet and to easily and clearly polish the nail surface. CONSTITUTION: The sheet(10) comprises a sponge type sheet(11) made of soft and low-density EVA, an adhesive film(12) formed on top side of the sheet(11). The adhesive film(12) is prepared of a mixture comprising 22-46 wt.% of acrylic polymer and 54-78 wt.% of a blend of ethyl acetate and toluene. On surface of the adhesive film(12), the white alumina in a form of fine particles is evenly sprayed to form a grinding and/or polishing layer(13) as an abrasive material having a particle size ranging of 1000-3000 meshes.
