SIDE PRESSURE CONTROL CASTING APPARATUS FOR SCOLIOSIS BRACE

PURPOSE: A side pressure control casting apparatus for scoliosis brace is provided to reduce an error and increase accuracy in manufacturing a thoracic-lumbar-sacral corrective orthosis device. CONSTITUTION: The casting apparatus comprises a pulling portion which is additionally attached, is movable and shows a reference line; poles with scales and a horizontal ruler formed at the front, back, left and right; a detachable pressure pad; and pads with a tension gauge which are movably attached. The molding machine allows to suggest predetermined standards upon measurement to enable an accurate molding, and to bring the result to a manufacturing process.
