PURPOSE: A ventilator for a vehicle is provided to supply conditioned air widely in various directions, and to automatically circulate air in a room of the vehicle in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A ventilator is installed on an end of a duct connected with an air-conditioning system of a vehicle, and includes a main body(10) controllably fixed to the end of the duct, and having a rear opening part connected with the end of the duct, and a front opening part(16) connected with the rear opening part and actually connected with a room of the vehicle to discharge air; a first louver(20) installed to the front opening part of the main body to be rotated by wind force of conditioned air supplied from the duct to the main body; a second louver(30) installed to an inside of the first louver to rotate relatively to the first louver so as to generate turbulence in conditioned air and supply the conditioned air into the room of the vehicle; and a central louver(40) installed to an inside of the second louver in such a manner that the central louver rotates on the inside of the second louver.
