PURPOSE: A vibrational-electronic signal converter is provided to increase the pleasure of a user by detecting oscillation of an object and generating an electrical signal according to a change of the oscillation. CONSTITUTION: A housing has a surface made of a sheet iron. A cantilever(13) is installed within the housing(10), capable of being deflectable through a surface opposite to the sheet iron(11) as a fixing end. A capacitor anode(15) is fixed on the cantilever(13). A permanent magnet(17) is fixed on a free end of the cantilever(13). A capacitor cathode(19) is installed on the housing(10) in parallel with the capacitor anode(15). Two capacitor cathodes are fixed on both sides of the capacitor anodes(15). A stopper(21) is provided on a lower portion of the permanent magnet(17) in order to limit the width of oscillation thereof.
