PURPOSE: A lens barrel assembly and a method for manufacturing the lens barrel assembly are provided to correctly combine a lens barrel with a barrel holder through a sub-barrel. CONSTITUTION: A lens barrel assembly includes a barrel holder(30), mirror, a sub-barrel(33), a lens barrel(34) and a plurality of lenses. The barrel holder has the first and second barrel pipes(31,32) formed at predetermined angles. The first and second barrel pipes are integrated with each other. The mirror is placed inside the barrel holder. The sub-barrel has a combining face(40) corresponding to a combining face(34) formed at the end of one of the barrel pipes. The combining face of the sub-barrel and the combining face of the barrel pipe are combined with each other. The sub-barrel has a screw face(41) formed on the surface of the sub-barrel. The lens barrel has a screw face(42) corresponding to the screw face of the sub-barrel. The plurality of lenses are located inside the lens barrel.
