PURPOSE: An ultrasonic bonding device for a cover paper for a card is provided to displace the cover paper and a base paper of the card in a correct position and ultrasonic welding the papers to maximize the work efficiency in making a credit or transportation card. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic bonding device for a cover paper for a card is composed of a first receiving portion(10) supporting a lifting plate(11) loading a base paper at a guide rod(13), a second receiving portion(20) supporting a lifting plate(21) loading a cover paper at a guide rod(23), a delivery portion(30) having an inhalation port(33) under a moving table(32) supported at a guide rail(31), a supporting plate(40) forming an inhalation port(42) and a sensor(41), a positioning unit(50) having a moving plate(51) and a cylinder(52), an ultrasonic bonding portion(60), a paper supporting portion(70) moving the cover paper and the base paper in a certain distance, and a third receiving portion(80) supporting a lifting plate(81) loading the cover paper and the base cover at a guide rod(83).
