PURPOSE: A key interlock device is provided to improve convenience in parking by accomplishing a parking state of an N-range while fully executing a key interlock function of an automatic transmission vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A key interlock device comprises an interlock cable transmitting a range selection state of a gearshift lever; a locking slider(108) rectilinearly moving by the movement of the interlock cable; a cam block(1-3) of a locking cam(1) having the interference state changed according to the rectilinear sliding movement state of the locking slider; and a cam block removal part(A) enabling rectilinear movement of the locking slider when the locking cam is rotated with locked in the cam block.
