PURPOSE: A physical training machine is provided to develop the muscles of a body to strengthen the muscle force by taking exercise while pushing or pulling an exercise tool. CONSTITUTION: A screw bar is rotatably raised within a main body(1) with a guide opening(2) at the front surface. A nut element is coupled to the screw bar. A cylinder is fixed to the nut element so that a cylinder rod can be protruded to the guide opening(2), to thereby couple an exercise tool(10) to the cylinder rod. The screw bar is provided at a lower part with a bevel gear so as to be rotated by the rotation of an operating lever formed at one side of the bevel gear. The cylinder is controlled by an air pressure control unit.
