PURPOSE: A tilting safety circuit of a commercial vehicle is provided to tilt a cap of the vehicle regardless of the on/off state of a transmission neutral switch when a starting key is turned on after executing pneumatic parking braking. CONSTITUTION: In a tilting safety circuit of a commercial vehicle, a tilt power relay(130) is excited and a tilt relay load contact is turned on if a parking switch(100), a tilt switch(110), and a transmission interlock switch are turned on when power is applied through operation of a starting key by a user to tilt a cap of the vehicle. And power is supplied to a tilt motor(150) and the cap is tilted. The tilting safety circuit tilts the cap regardless of the power and the on/off state of a gear neutral switch. If a pneumatic parking brake is released during starting of the engine, the tilting safety circuit cuts off power and produces a warning sound the moment electric tilting is stopped.
