PURPOSE: An artificial thatched house is provided to build and repair thatched houses simply, and to obtain materials regardless of seasons or periods. CONSTITUTION: The artificial thatched house contains: a wall formed by placing synthetic resins on the outside of a column made of treated wood or concrete; and an artificial roof composed of synthetic resins by bonding on a wooden frame installed on the wall and provided with a joint. Wherein the artificial roof contains: a gel coat formed to have natural colors by adding paints(N2); and F.R.P(Fiber Reinforced Plastic Compound) formed by impregnating 15¯25 weight percent glass fiber into 75¯85 weight percent unsaturated polyester resins.
