PURPOSE: A vacuum structure of a double structure heater pipe with a cap formed thereon is provided to allow efficient and uniform heat transfer by forming a flowing tube with a double structure formed by an outer tube and an inner tube, charging heat conducting material in the outer tube, sealing both sides of the outer tube with the caps, and allowing heat conducting medium to flow in the inner tube. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum structure includes an outer tube(100) with both sides opened; caps(120) coupled to opening parts of the outer tube to seal the outer tube, and having penetrating holes formed near centers thereof; an inner tube(110) inserted to the penetrating holes of the caps, installed to penetrate the outer tube, and allowing heat conducting medium to circulate and move therein; and auxiliary caps(130) inserted and coupled to the penetrating holes to cover a peripheral surface of the inner tube. Heat conducting material charged in the outer tube receives heat of the heat conducting medium to evenly transfer to the outside of the outer tube.
