PURPOSE: A method for writing a form is provided to output and use the form whenever the specialized form modified and edited by a user is needed, and to confirm the output form by storing the output form in a database. CONSTITUTION: After certification, a basic window for selecting the form is opened(S20). The user selects a sort and a size of the form, or loads the form stored in the database(S30). An input box for inputting a keyword for the sort and the format of the form, or the present form is opened(S40). After inputting the keyword into the input box, the user confirms, outputs, or stores the contents of the form(S60). The user decides to include an image, or output and print it without the image(S70). The form is output and printed with or without the image(S80).
