PURPOSE: A skin care apparatus combined with massaging and sebum removal is provided to obtain a skin massaging effect conveniently by using a vacuum suction device of air and provides both body and face massaging function and sebum removal function for removing skin impurities such as sebum since the apparatus is detachable so as to have a structure of various shapes. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: a main body section(10) which is provided at an upper part of the front surface with a coupling section with a engaging groove(12) being projected forward, the coupling section being provided at the central portion and lower end of the coupling section with a suction port(15) and a discharge port(16) communicating with each other by a suction hole(14); a first main body(20a) which is provided at the back surface with a engaging part corresponding to the engaging groove(12) formed at the coupling section, provided at the center with a through hole and provided with a plurality of screw holes spirally around the through hole; a second main body(20b) which is tapered forward at a predetermined angle of inclination, is provided at the inside with a supporting element(26) filled with silicon spirally disposed for preventing the removal of a ball(25); and a massage tool(20) which is coupled to be disposed between the first main body(20a) and the second main body(20b) and consists of a pressing pad(20c) for pressing and fixing the supporting element(26) disposed at the second main body(20b).
