CONSTITUTION: As the countermeasures for circumferential shifting, the sector number on a disk 10 is changed on a table 54 for each head. Circumferential direction positions are made to match between individual devices to remove the individual differences of the devices, thereby improving the performance. Since servo gate time is corrected on a table 62 matching the eccentricity of the disk 10, a signal is accurately detected to improve the detection accuracy of servo signals. Further, as the countermeasures for radial direction shifting, the track number on the disk 10 is changed on a table 46 based on a shifting value in which a reference head is a reference, the individual devices are equally positioned radially.
