PURPOSE: Provided is a vessel and a method for fabricating the same using casting which is obtained from earth worms cultured by using garbage and organic waste, the vessel being advantageous in generating no secondary sewage sludge and being produced in short time. CONSTITUTION: The vessel comprises a casing(110), a penetrating hole(111) formed at the bottom of the casing(110), a protrusion(112) extending from the penetrating hole(111) toward the inside of the casing(110), a coupling cylinder(113) combined with an upper portion of the protrusion(112), and a pad(120) with a plurality of holes and placed on the coupling cylinder(113) to completely cover a lower portion of the vessel. The method comprises the steps of (a) retreating garbage and organic waste by collecting, separating, crushing, mixing and washing the garbage and organic waste, (b) introducing the retreated garbage and organic waste to a vermiculture apparatus, (c) collecting casting and earth worms, (d) adding starch to the casting and earth worms, (e) adding hardness reinforcements such as pine resin to the casting, (f) mixing the casting, starch and reinforcements, and (g) moulding a vessel by introducing the mixture in a mould. |
