PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling a motor adapted for operational environment are provided to drive selectively a motor driving controller within a short time according to driving conditions. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a motor includes an algorithm production process(400-420), a motor driving process(430), a performance index production process(440), and a storage process(450). The algorithm production process(400-420) is to produce controllers of N number corresponding to driving conditions of N number. The motor driving process(430) is to drive motors under the driving conditions of N number by using one of the controllers of N number. The performance index production process(440) is to produce performance indexes by using the predetermined control elements. The storage process(450) is to store the controllers and the performance indexes corresponding to the driving conditions of N number.
