PURPOSE: Provided is a far infrared ray and anion emitting device having a simple structure, of which the emission amount can be controlled according to the operation environments. CONSTITUTION: The far infrared ray and anion emitting device comprises: a planar heating plate(210) formed of an electro-conductive tape; an electrode(220) disposed on the planar heating plate(210); and an epoxy plate(230) formed of an epoxy added with a far infrared ray emitting ceramic material, that is over-laid on the planar heating plate(210). Further, an anion coating material(250) emitting anions at room temperature is applied on the surface of the epoxy plate(230).
