PURPOSE: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to allow a condenser to be easily and securely fixed by including a condenser fixing unit to fix a lower part of the condenser to a base plate. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit includes a condenser fixing unit(A) inserted to lower ends of vertical tubes(104a,104b) to fix a condenser(100) to a base plate(108). The condenser fixing unit includes a clamp(110) having an insertion piece part(112) formed on one end thereof and inserted to the lower ends of the vertical tubes, and a coupling part(114) formed on the other end thereof to be fixed to the base plate; a clamp fixing hole(120) formed on the base plate to allow the coupling part of the clamp to be inserted to the base plate; and a coupler(130) coupling the coupling part of the clamp to the clamp fixing hole. The clamp comprises the insertion piece part hook-shaped and elastic; and the coupling part fixed to the clamp fixing hole of the base plate. The insertion piece part of the clamp is formed in a structure large and covering the vertical tubes to contact with the vertical tubes on area as large as possible.
