PURPOSE: A disk-type magnetic vehicle speed-measuring device is provided to protect an integrated circuit and other component elements from moisture and prevent corrosion of the integrated circuit and other component elements. CONSTITUTION: A disk-type magnetic vehicle speed-measuring device comprises a housing forming a space part(510) to the inside for installation of a rotating shaft rotating by the power transmitted when a vehicle runs; a magnet(100) combined to a side of the rotating shaft; and an integrated circuit(300) operating by a line of magnetic force output from the magnet. One side of the housing is open. The magnet alternately forms N-poles and S-poles to output lines of magnetic force of each different pole by the rotation of the rotating shaft. The integrated circuit outputs different electric signals to the outside through a terminal member(310) installed to one side. A receiving part(520) formed to the inside of the housing is separated from the space part through a partition(511). A through-hole(530) is formed on a side of the receiving part, to connect one end of the terminal member installed to the integrated circuit to wire harness(330) connected with an operation unit and an indicator of a metaset speed meter.
