摘要 PURPOSE: A method for recovering over-sampled data using transition/non-transition sample point calculation is provided which can reduce data recovery error of a receiver unit through a data recovery algorithm considering a transition part and a non-transition part at the same time in a data recovery circuit of the receiver unit in a high speed data communication network. CONSTITUTION: In the first process, random data is sampled according to a regulation and then transmitted, and the transmitted data is received. In the second process, data received by the first process is recovered according to a corresponding regulation, and an exclusive OR operation is performed as to adjacent sample data of the corresponding sampling data. In the third process, one bit of the corresponding data detects a transition and non-transition sample point through the exclusive OR operation through the second process according as four over-sampled states occurs. In the fourth process, an accurate transition sample point is detected on the basis of the non-transition sample point. In the fifth process, after a bit boundary is determined on the basis of the transition sample point detected through the fourth process, data is recovered on the basis of the bit boundary.
