PURPOSE: An advertising method is provided to improve the advertising effect by printing an advertisement on the compact disk jacket. CONSTITUTION: A compact disk jacket is made of a material such as a paper or plastic. An advertisement is printed on an outside or inside of the compact disk jacket and distributed by an advertiser. In order to increase the effect of advertisement, a lottery ticket is inserted into the compact disk jacket or a serial number is printed on the compact disk jacket. Serial numbers are printed on compact disk jackets, and the advertiser draws one of serial numbers and gives a predetermined gift to a person who has a compact disk jacket on which the drawn serial number, thereby increasing the effect of advertisement.
