PURPOSE: A resonant box for a Korean fiddle is provided to amplify sounds generated from the resonant box by installing a sound guide plate in the resonant box. CONSTITUTION: A Korean fiddle includes a resonant box(10) for generating sounds. A supporting bar(20) is fixedly coupled to the resonant box(10). A bobbin(30) is provided at an upper portion of the supporting bar(20). The bobbin(30) is formed with a winding slot, around which a string(40) is wound. One end of the string(40) is fixed to the resonant box(10) and the other end of the string(40) is wound around the bobbin(30). At least one sound guide plate(11) is provided in the resonant box(10). At least one sound path(12) is formed at upper and lower ends of the sound guide plate(11). The sound guide plate(11) is installed in the resonant box(10) in the form of a horn.
