PURPOSE: A device for adjusting the angle of a hood for a vehicle is provided to improve the fuel consumption ratio and performance of the vehicle by satisfying laws and regulations for protection of passengers and improving aerodynamic performance without damage of the exterior view. CONSTITUTION: A device for adjusting the angle of a hood(10) for a vehicle comprises a hinge part(30) installed to the inside of a windshield glass(20) side of the hood; a link part(40) connecting the hinge part and a hinge center(11) installed to the inner surface of the hood; and a motor(50) connected to a power unit of the vehicle to receive electric power. The link part forms saw teeth to a part to be combined to the hinge part. The motor supplies driving force by meshing with the saw teeth of the link part. The motor moves the windshield glass side of the hood upward when the vehicle travels and the motor operates in the opposite direction to return the position of the hood when the vehicle stops.
