PURPOSE: A device for opening and shutting a roof ventilator of a vehicle is provided to facilitate the opening and shutting through operation of a switch and effectively controlling the amount of air coming into the room of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and shutting a roof ventilator of a vehicle comprises a vent housing(100) installed to the rim of a ventilated hole; a ventilator(200) mounted to the vent housing; driving gears(230) meshed with the saw teeth of the driving members and installed to the vent housing; and a driving part driving the driving gear. A weather strip(110) is inserted into the outer end portion of the vent housing. Driving members(210) of a thin plate type forming saw teeth(211) on the sides are combined to the front and rear portions of the ventilator by hinges(220).
