摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing functional soybean curd using herbs, fruits or the like such as Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, Cinnamomi Cortex, Schizandrae Fructus, tomato, aloe, persimmon, water melon or the like is provided. The manufactured functional soybean curd is rich in nutrients such as vitamin, protein, minerals, carbohydrates, lipids and the like and effective for treatment of adult diseases, chronic diseases or the like. CONSTITUTION: A soybean is soaked in the extract of herbs, fruits or the like for 2 to 5hr to infiltrate the useful component of herbs, fruits or the like into the inside of the soybean, ground and heated with magnesium chloride, calcium sulfate or the like at 70 to 100deg.C, while agitating. The herbs, fruits or the like are Acanthopanacis Cortex, Saururus chinensis, Schizandrae Fructus, Cinnamomi Cortex, Pueraria lobata, Astragali Radix, Angelicae Gigantis Radix, mushroom, chestnut, Atractylodis Rhizoma Alba, Paeoniae Radix, pine needles, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Astragali Radix, coix seeds, Aralia elata Seem., Cnidii Rhizoma, ginkgo, Glycyrrhizae Radix, Zizyphi Fructus, Epimedii Herba, Artemisia moxa, Ginseng Radix, Carthamus tinctorius, strawberry, grape, tomato, peach, persimmon, water melon, aloe and the like.
