PURPOSE: A wall heating panel and a glass window are provided to reduce costs and energy consumption by reducing thermal losses. CONSTITUTION: A wall heating panel embedded with a water screen film is attached to the inner wall of a building. The heated water flows through the water screen film, and a top supply port(27), a bottom waste water port(28) and the water screen film are connected with each other. The inner panel and the outer panel are formed integrally with each other. |
