PURPOSE: A device for monitoring a blind spot caused by a front pillar is provided to enable a driver to safely drive a vehicle by precisely monitoring the blind spot caused by the front pillar. CONSTITUTION: A device for monitoring a blind spot caused by a front pillar(P) is composed of a camera unit(10) mounted at the front pillar and photographing the blind spot caused by the front pillar, an image control unit(20) connected to the camera unit, and a display unit(30) connected to the image control unit by an image signal cable(22). The image control unit analyzes and develops image data. The display unit displays an image signal supplied from the image control unit to a driver.
