PURPOSE: Structure for a stop lamp switch of a vehicle is provided to prevent contact failure from movement of the switch, and to improve durability, appearance and stability by integrally forming a stop lamp switch body with a housing and forming the double contact point structure of the internal switch. CONSTITUTION: A stop lamp switch comprises a stop lamp switch body having a case(59), a switch contact point part formed in the case, a wire connection part formed at the side of the case, a rod(51) inducing the switch to turn on and off according to operation of a brake pedal, and a mounting bolt part containing the rod; a lead wire combined with the wire connection part of the body; and a connector housing combined with the lead wire. The double contact point structure includes first and second moving contact point parts(55a,55b) moving the switch contact point part along the rod, a first fixing contact point part(55c) installed on the first moving contact point part, and a second fixing contact point part(55d) mounted in the lower part of the second moving contact point part.
