METHOD FOR DISPLAYING MARKUP DOCUMENTS ACCORDING TO PARENTAL LEVEL, METHOD FOR PLAYING INTERACTIVE MODE THEREOF, AND DEVICE THEREOF AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A method for displaying markup documents according to a parental level, a method for playing an interactive mode thereof, and a device thereof and a computer readable medium are provided to control display of interactive contents inappropriate for children or juveniles. CONSTITUTION: A playback equipment confirms a parental level set by a user if an interactive mode is selected(601). The playback equipment plays AV(Audio Visual) data in the interactive mode by using a markup document corresponding to the confirmed parental level(602). The playback equipment compares the recorded parental level with the confirmed parental level. If the set parental level is lower than the recorded parental level, the playback equipment plays the AV data in the interactive mode by using the markup document including a warning message which informs that the corresponding interactive contents are impossible of display. If the set parental level is higher than the recorded parental level, the playback equipment plays the AV data in the interactive mode by using the markup document including the corresponding interactive contents.
