PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatic transfer of mold in a hat ironer is provided to improve performance of ironing and to increase productivity in dependence of work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatic transfer of mold in a hat ironer includes a fixing stand(102) whose bottom part is fixed on a machine(101) and upper part is mounted with a fixed mold(103) having a built-in heater; a transfer stand(112) being attachable/detachable to/from the fixed mold(103) and mounted with a transfer mold(113) having a built-in heater; a cylinder(105) installed in the fixing stand(102) to move the transfer stand(112) forward and backward, and securing a piston(106) on one end of the transfer stand(112) by a fastening bolt(111); and a plurality of guiding bars(115) for guiding the transfer stand(112) between the fastening stand(102) and a support stand(107).
