PURPOSE: A golf club and a restitution evaluating method and system for a head of the golf club are provided to enable easy and rapid measurement of a restitution coefficient of the golf club head without separating the golf club from a shaft. CONSTITUTION: In order to evaluate restitution force of a golf club head(12), an external force(F) is applied to a face of the head so as to obtain a response signal from the face using the principle of impact vibration. With such a procedure, a primary resonance frequency of the face against the external force is measured, and in turn, a restitution coefficient is obtained from the primary resonance frequency. In this way, the restitution force of the golf club head is evaluated. |
