PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence panel and an organic electroluminescence device provided with the same are provided to minimize the voltage drop in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction by minimizing the resistor of the current supply line, thereby reducing the cross talk generated in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence device provided with an organic electroluminescence panel includes a data line, a scan line, a current supply line, a switching transistor, an organic electroluminescence element and a driving transistor. The data line transmits the data signal and the scan line transmits the scan signal. The current supply line transmits the power applied thereto from one end. The first terminal of the switching transistor is connected to the data line and the second terminal of the switching transistor is connected to the scan line. And, the switching transistor on/off outputs the data signal through the third terminal in response to the scan signal. The one end of the organic electroluminescence element is connected to the polar end for illuminating the light corresponding to the amount of the current applied thereto. And, the first terminal of the driving transistor is connected to the other end of the organic electroluminescence element and the second terminal of the driving transistor is connected to the current supplying line. The driving transistor controls the illumination of the organic electroluminescence element by controlling the current flow from the first terminal to the second terminal or from the second terminal to the first terminal in response to the on/off of the data signal inputted through the third terminal of the switching transistor.
