PURPOSE: A fixing device used at 110V/220V and a printer including the fixing device are provided to apply an appropriate voltage to a heat-radiator based on an input voltage to prevent the heat-radiator from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of a printer used at 110V/220V includes an input voltage detector(20), the first and second resistors(31,32), the first and second switches(40,50). The input voltage detector detects an input AC voltage and outputs a signal corresponding to the detected input voltage. One end of the first resistor is connected to the first AC terminal of an AC power supply. The other end of the first resistor is connected to one end of the second resistor. The first switch is connected between the other end of the second resistor and the second AC terminal of the AC power supply and switches on or off in response to a control signal of an engine controller(70) that controls an engine of the printer. The second switch is connected between the first AC terminal and the other end of the first resistor and switches on or off in response to the output signal of the input voltage detector.
