FIELD: methods for authenticating natural uniques aimed at protection against falsification and forgery. SUBSTANCE: in choosing each surface area on object under protection necessary to dimension coordinates of point is set according to random law; shape and size of mentioned area are set relatively to this point; information about these coordinates, shape, and mentioned information about picture of area are recorded; for authentication respective surface area is found on object being authenticated according to mentioned coordinates and shape whereupon its picture is recorded.
