FIELD: production of plates with finished surface. SUBSTANCE: at least one side of the plate of the backing and at least one plate or band of the finishing material are installed one opposite the other. The finishing material and the backing plate are transferred to the point of installation so that at least one straightened edge of the finishing material and plate-like backing respectively would be positioned as necessary so that the respective edge of the surface of the oppositely positioned member would be overlapped or incompletely covered. Or, alternatively, one of the mentioned edges is straightened with the other respective edge of the surface of the member positioned oppositely irrespective of the initial position or straightening of the finishing material and/or the backing plate designed for transfer to the point of installation. EFFECT: provided exact arrangement of the finishing material relative to the backing such as the plate; removed waste material appearing as a result of cutting of the finishing material, simplified construction of the device. 21 cl, 6 dwg |
