SUBSTANCE: device has circuit for matching transceiving part with power cable, this circuit incorporating matched transformer and coupling capacitor. One of matching-transformer windings is made of ground conductor of armored cable braid and stray capacitances between armored braid and current-carrying conductors of power cable function as coupling capacitor.
