FIELD: construction industry, placement of floor, walls, ceilings. SUBSTANCE: method fixing planks while manufacturing floors, walls, ceilings is realized as follows: lateral holes are drilled in planks, grooves are cut uniaxially with them, stays are put into holes, bows are installed in points of location of stays with side clearance for shrinkage. Planks are fixed through bows with certain force on frame. Springy members, washers and nuts are put on ends of stays and are used to tighten up planks. Adhesive can be applied to side surfaces of planks before fixing. Planks can be in advance fixed on bars through bows and short stays in section, in process of assembly bars are anchored on frame, adhesive is applied to side surfaces of sections, stays are linked by means of coupling nuts. Thin boards of valuable kinds of wood can be fixed on planks with holes. EFFECT: provision for high aesthetic appearance and quality of finish of floors, walls, ceilings made of planks or plank sections. 4 cl, 14 dwg |
