FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy; methods of leaching-out sulfide nickel matte and especially nickel matte at high content of copper. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes high- temperature leaching-out performed under pressure in copper sulfate solution at temperature up to 160 C; after leaching-out, oxidation stages are performed; sludge obtained during leaching-out under pressure at first stage of oxidation contains digenite and basic copper sulfate; oxidation is performed by mans of solution containing sulfuric acid and oxygen for obtaining copper sulfate solution and copper sulfide sediment.
