FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out transanal dissection of rectal mucosa with the help of linear suturing apparatus at the 5th cm as a toothed line at the volume sufficient for resetting hemorroidal knots. At 3 and 4 stage hemorrhoid after complete resetting hemorrhoidal knots should be either sclerosed or ligated. After partial resetting hemorrhoidal knots should be dissected. The method enables to decrease the frequency of hemorrhoidal relapses. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg, 1 ex |
