FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning grain from contaminants before laying for storage and treating with aerosol flow of propionic acid comprising chitosan additive, said aerosol flow being preliminarily directed through ultrasonic horn; using chitosan source such as preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella globalpina micromycet biomass by predetermined process. EFFECT: increased efficiency by removal of surface microflora from grain surface and enhanced reliability in grain storage. |
