FIELD: ammunition, applicable in manufacture of facings of shaped charges. SUBSTANCE: a disk blank with concentric lugs is formed at machining by deformation with rotation of the original cylindrical blank with a height determined from a definite relation by means of rotation of a die at least with two concentric grooves. Then the disk blank is centered, the zones of coarse grain are removed, and the disk blank is subjected to expansion to obtain the required shape of the part. After that recry6stallization annealing is accomplished in two stages, in the first stage the obtained part is kept in a saltpeter both at a temperature within 380 to 400C during 15 to 20 min. With a subsequent cooling and soft mechanical calibration, in the second stage the part is kept at a temperature of 270 to 280C for 2 hours.
