SUBSTANCE: commutator manufacturing process includes stamping of copper segments and insulating spacers, sticking of antiadhesive tape, and polymerization of binder under pressure built up by process pressboard cylinder and binding glass tape. Process cylinder provides for reliable sticking of fluoroplastic tape to commutator-cone sleeve extension.
