FIELD: agriculture, in particular, equipment for evaluating strength properties of farm crops. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame, electric engine fixed on frame, and rotor including shaft mounted on frame on bearing supports and provided with pair of blades. Rotor is enclosed in cylindrical case with bottom and upper cover equipped with radial slot for moving of funnel inside it. Case has longitudinal recess aligned with rectangular box. End wall of box is made in the form of shield manufactured from fabric. Box bottom is provided with discharge opening. Rotor is actuated for rotation by means of electric engine through replaceable sprockets (pulleys) and chain or belt transmission. Cup is used for accumulating of grain. Apparatus allows grain fragmentation to be evaluated and permissible impact speed to be determined with regard to small defects created by single dynamic action.
